Squash: Women's team settle for bronze

 The Indian women's squash team, featuring Tanvi Khanna, Joshana Chinappa and Anahat Singh, lost 2-1 against Hong Kong China in the semi-final at the Asian Games 2023. While Tanvi Khanna lost the opening match, Joshana Chinappa won a five-game thriller to level the scores.

The 15-year-old Anahat Singh showcased her mettle in the final match. But Lee Ka Yi won, taking reigning champions Hong Kong China to the gold medal match. India settled for a bronze medal in women's team squash.

Meanwhile, the India vs Malaysia men's squash semi-final will begin today at 4:00 PM IST. The Malaysians clinched gold while the Indian men's team won bronze at the 2018 Asian Games.
